STEELBEIRD S.A. de C.V., with address at Calle 31 número 396-A por 44, colonia Los Pinos, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
The Spanish version of this notice is the binding one. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
What data we collect
When you complete the quote request form on this site, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Type of work you need
- Job site location
- The description of the work you write
If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you reached the site. If you decline, none of that is collected.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. This site does not ask for health, ethnic origin, beliefs, union membership, sexual preference, or financial data.
What we use your data for
Necessary purposes, without which we cannot assist you:
- Receiving, handling and following up on your quote request.
- Contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email to request missing information and to deliver the quote.
- Preparing the quote for the work you request.
- Creating your client file if you hire our services.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for those third parties' own commercial purposes.
To operate the site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: the hosting and email provider, which receives and stores form messages, and the analytics provider, which only operates if you accepted analytics cookies.
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on the WhatsApp platform and is also governed by that platform's terms.
We do not carry out data transfers requiring your consent. Should that change, we would inform you and request your consent beforehand.
How to exercise your ARCO rights
At any time you may access your data, request its rectification if inaccurate, request its cancellation when you consider it unnecessary, and object to its use for a given purpose. You may also withdraw the consent you gave us.
To do so, write to steelbeird@gmail.com with the subject "ARCO rights" and include:
- Your name and a means of receiving our reply.
- A copy of official identification, to prove you are the data subject.
- Which data is involved and which right you wish to exercise.
- For rectification, the correct value and the document supporting it.
We will reply through the channel you indicate, within the periods established by law. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may turn to the competent data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
Any change will be published on this page with its update date. We recommend checking it periodically.
